2. Ask for a final confirmation - ask the company for a call back the day before the booking to act as a last confirmation and put your mind at ease.

Do they only operate on facebook - Unfortunately anyone can purchase a bouncy castle and hire it out, most of these cowboys advertise on Facebook, check if the company has got a website and all the relevant safety documents - if not it's very likely they are not operating as a real business. WE ARE PROUD TO SAY WE ARE NOT ON FACEBOOK.
